Power Commissioning LLC provides electrical contracting, engineering, testing, commissioning, inspection, backup power, EV charging, and related electrical infrastructure services throughout Florida.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Electrical installations and upgrades
- Panel replacements and service upgrades
- Generator installation and commissioning
- EV charger installation
- Battery energy storage systems
- Electrical inspections and troubleshooting
- Engineering and consulting services
- Testing and commissioning services
All services are subject to site evaluation, permitting requirements, material availability, scheduling, and applicable local regulations.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission
- Interfere with website operation or security
Unauthorized use may result in restricted access and legal action where applicable.
4. Quotes and Estimates
All estimates, budgets, and quotations provided through this website or during consultations are preliminary and subject to change based on:
- Site conditions
- Permit requirements
- Utility company requirements
- Material pricing fluctuations
- Scope changes requested by the customer
- Unforeseen conditions discovered during construction
A written proposal or executed service agreement shall govern final pricing and scope.
5. Payments & Financing
Payment terms are specified within each proposal, contract, invoice, or financing agreement.
For financed projects:
- Financing approval is determined by third-party lenders.
- Power Commissioning LLC does not guarantee financing approval.
- Financing terms, rates, and repayment schedules are controlled by the financing provider.
- Customers remain responsible for obligations under any financing agreement.
6. Scheduling & Project Delays
Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by:
- Permit approval timelines
- Utility company coordination
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Inspection scheduling
- Circumstances beyond our control
Power Commissioning LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Commissioning LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue or business interruption
- Utility outages beyond our control
- Manufacturer equipment failures
- Delays caused by permitting authorities or utilities
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. Warranty Information
Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the equipment manufacturer.
Power Commissioning LLC warrants workmanship in accordance with the terms stated in the applicable proposal, contract, or service agreement.
Warranty coverage does not include:
- Customer misuse
- Acts of nature
- Utility power disturbances
- Unauthorized modifications by others
- Normal wear and tear
